The PI series multi-functional polymeric additive is a colorless, odorless, non-flammable liquid polymer-processing aid belonging to the PFPE family, with excellent material compatibility. When used with plastics and rubbers, it improves processability and upgrades the performance of finished polymer products. Its self-lubricating ability enhances melt flow, processability, output, and blend homogeneity, improves optical and surface properties, and offers competitive advantages over conventional processing aids. It also increases the wear resistance of both thermoplastic and thermoset plastics, making parts more durable and moving components run smoother. Meanwhile, it improves melt flow, demolding behavior, and reduces mold fouling during processing, thereby increasing extrusion rates.
